Cooking CLASS  Terms and conditions

1 Mudgeeraba Spices reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse any booking.
2 Bookings can be accepted as late as 5 working days in advance of the nominated class provided payment has been processed.
3 Mudgeeraba Spices will confirm your booking by mail or e-mail.
4 We require 5 days (close of business) notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled class otherwise a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your transaction applies.
5 Mudgeeraba Spices reserves the right to cancel any class at any time due to insufficient enrolments, in which case a full refund of fees or the option to transfer to another class is available.
6 Whilst there is no age limit for participants, persons under the age of 14 years will be required to be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
7 Participants should advise of any special dietary requirements or restrictions.
8 All our classes are hands on. You will be standing for a few hours while preparing recipes so please let us know if you are unable to stand for this period.
9 We require you to wear comfortable (covered in) shoes and a top/shirt with sleeves (no loose clothing).
10 Aprons and knives are provided along with all recipes and equipment required for the day.
11 Due to health and safety, no food is permitted to be taken from the premises at the conclusion of the class.
12 Only class participants are permitted to participate in the class and consume food prepared in the class.
13 If a gift voucher is being redeemed for class payment, this must be surrendered at the beginning of the class.
14   Disclaimer of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Mudgeeraba Spices will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage occasioned as a result of the participation of any individual or organisation in any cooking class as well as any injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of any facilities or equipment used to facilitate the cooking class including cooking appliances, utensils, implements and foodstuffs and ingredients. This is regardless of whether the relevant injury, loss or damage is caused by the direct or indirect negligence or oversight, or any commission or omission, by any Mudgeeraba Spices staff or employee, independent contractors or other related persons.
